Quality

Quality control to EN/ISO standards

The control plan covers raw materials, process and finished product. Independent IMS documentation confirms testing of named Volcano and project materials, with scope tied to the specific sample and report.

Incoming raw-material control

Granulometry (sieve analysis), moisture and per-batch certificates; ISO 13320 applied for fine fractions.

ISO 13320

Output product control

Dimensions and mass; cold crushing strength (CCS); apparent porosity and bulk density; refractoriness (PCE); thermal shock resistance.
